Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting before your order ships.
Processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.
No Surprise Fees
We believe in stress-free shopping. That’s why we cover all import duties, VAT, and customs fees for international orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — your jewelry will arrive at your door with no extra charges.

Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

Transit time depends on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, contact the carrier and your local post office first, then reach out to us and we’ll help where we can.
Customs Delays
Even though we cover all fees, customs inspections can sometimes extend delivery times. Unfortunately, we have no control over these checks once your order is in transit.
